Our client, a pharmaceutical industry located in Alexandra, is actively seeking for commited and experience individual to join them as a Receptionist cum Office Administrator.       Job descriptions :   -  Manages all incoming calls and directing/conveying all messages to the relevant parties. -  Handles all local and overseas calls politely and sensitively.  -  Receives guests/visitors and records/issuance of visitors' pass. -  Franks daily mails/postage and records postage used accurately. -  Procures and manages office stationeries, pantry and washroom supplies.  This includes liaison with vendors and preparation of purchase orders. -  Manage incoming and outgoing daily mails, faxes and courier packages (include maintaining records of incoming courier packages).  -  Performs facilities management duties such as arranging for maintenance, pest control, repair of office lighting, office equipments, water dispenser etc. - Performs meter reading for photocopiers on a monthly basis. -  Ensures proper maintenance and filing of documents pertaining to office administration. -  Coordinate the setup of phones for new employees including briefs new employees on admin procedures if necessary. - Make travel and accommodation arrangements for departments. - Assists in office renovation whenever required. - Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
