A body was found at the car park entrance next to HDB Block 28 at Jalan Bukit Merah.

Onlookers say that they heard a thud just before 11am and the deceased is believed to be an elderly Chinese man.

Police were seen at the scene at noon and said to have arrived at the scene 20 minutes after the incident occurred.

HDB residents whom inSing News spoke to said that policemen were seen knocking on doors at the 10th floor at Block 28.

Police have not yet issued a statement.
