 To start things off, everyone went up on stage and grouped themselves into their respective areas of residence, after which they took turns introducing themselves.  The facilitators kept the atmosphere relaxed, informal, and lighthearted.  Introductions!  Singaporeans from all walks of life came together.  Small group discussions underway.
