Retail Supervisor
Jawatan kosong di Perak – AEON Seri Manjung

Responsibilities:
To ensure company achieve it's business targets for outlet
To implement and execute sales and marketing strategies planned by Managing Director.
To manage a group of sales team inclusive and motivate them to serve customers with outstanding service, relevant product recommendations and demonstrations
Good leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
Monitor sales collection and goods deliver.
Auditing stock : Prepare stock report and sales report.
Provide feedback on customer demand and complaint.
Any other relevant job functions as and when required.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in AEON Seri Manjung.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Computer literate.
Must be willing to work overtime if needed.
Must be willing to work on weekends, shift and on public holiday.
